And it's funny, what you say about your blog? Those are the same thoughts I have about my blog sometimes. Except I'm too lazy to follow through on making changes (like a new banner, or getting a new name domain). I hear what you mean about traffic- I feel so lucky that I've got to find so many great bloggers from people stopping by, and have become friends with so many great bloggers. If you would have asked which blogger I would most like to meet when I first started blogging- I would have said Dooce easily. Now? Not even close. There's too many other bloggers (brookem! is always the first on my list) that I would love to get together with. And once you have those friendships, blogging just becomes a lot more fun, it did for me anyway. Keep on writing lovely, you will get the traffic. Also, Hank is adorable!!
